BlackFlag Crew is a logo and visual identity project we created for an online gaming team. We designed a bold, recognizable brand combining pirate-themed imagery with competitive gaming aesthetics, suitable for use across social media profiles, streaming overlays, and team merchandise.
Logo Concept and Design
We developed the BlackFlag Crew logo around a pirate flag concept, merging skull and crossbones elements with modern esports typography. Our creative process included multiple iterations and mood boards, working closely with the team to achieve a design that communicates both the rebellious pirate spirit and the competitive edge of the gaming crew.
Vector Production
We produced the logo in full vector format using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring infinite scalability without quality loss. We delivered multiple color variants for light and dark backgrounds, monochromatic versions for special applications, and a simplified icon version for social media avatars. The color palette we chose conveys intensity and team solidarity.
Brand Applications
We adapted the final logo for various applications including streaming overlays, social media headers, website banners, and merchandise templates. Each adaptation maintains the visual impact and brand recognition of BlackFlag Crew, demonstrating the versatility of the vector design we created for the team’s online presence.
