A9 Immobilier is a web platform we developed for real estate professionals. We designed the site to showcase properties for sale and rent, offering advanced search tools and high-quality visual presentation to facilitate connections between agencies and potential clients.
Design and Features
We built a modern, intuitive interface with a filtered search system by area, type, price, and surface. Each property listing features photo galleries, floor plans, detailed descriptions, and interactive maps. Our responsive design ensures an optimal experience on both desktop and mobile, facilitating navigation even for less tech-savvy users.
Technical Development
We built the platform on WordPress with custom post types for property listings and custom taxonomies for property categories. We implemented a listing management system with a simplified admin panel, enabling agents to publish and update listings independently without technical expertise.
SEO and Visibility
We optimized the site for local real estate searches with geo-targeted landing pages and listing schema markup. Our SEO strategy included content optimization for keywords like “properties for sale” in target areas, helping increase organic traffic and contact requests from potential buyers.
